Breathwork is a therapeutic practice involving conscious control of breathing patterns to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Physically, it can enhance oxygenation, reduce stress, and improve overall health. Emotionally and spiritually, breathwork facilitates deep relaxation, emotional release, and a heightened sense of inner clarity and connection. Throughout the practice, I will use specific breath patterns and music to design an experience that supports you to achieve a desired state of being. 

Practice Breathwork

  • A customized 60-minute online breathwork session designed for new clients looking to begin or deepen their breathwork practice.

    We connect, get to know each other, and explore your intentions and goals for the session and ongoing practice.

  • A customized 30/45/60 minute online breathwork session designed for returning clients looking to hit the reset button. Connect, breathe intentionally, and go about your day with improved clarity and connection

  • Practice for clients interested in delving deeply into both conscious and unconscious realms.

    *This experience is hosted INPERSON and has a 4 HR minimum.

  • Uplevel your event with a curated breathwork journey. Tailored experiences combine guided breathwork and mindfulness practices to create a memorable and transformative atmosphere.

I recently had the good fortune to experience a session of breath work with Natasha.
