My journey has been one of deep transformation—an ongoing evolution marked by an unshakable commitment to growth, both my own and that of others. I’ve spent my career at the intersection of purpose and possibility, first in the natural foods industry, where I helped propel high-growth brands like Udi’s Gluten Free, Teatulia, and Simple Mills into new realms of success. From there, I found my way into the emerging cannabis space, making my mark with Pax Labs Inc. and 1906 New Highs, later advising a diverse portfolio of cannabis and natural food brands. But my work has always been about more than business—it’s about people. As a mentor with the State of Colorado and BIPOCANN, I am deeply committed to championing the careers of diverse professionals, ensuring more voices are heard, more visions realized.

My personal journey is just as defining as my professional one. I believe that while struggle is inevitable, suffering is a choice—a lesson I’ve learned through epic breakdowns and even more spectacular breakthroughs. Laughter, play, and unfiltered joy have been my greatest teachers, guiding me through the depths of grief, trauma, and reinvention. For two decades, I’ve immersed myself in the study of the human psyche, addiction, transpersonal psychology, and the beautifully complex nature of healing. It was through this exploration that I discovered breathwork—a practice that profoundly altered my own journey and deepened my commitment to helping others reclaim their wholeness.

At my core, I am a listener, a guide, and a believer in the limitless potential within us all. I’ve worked alongside founders, CEOs, and innovators turning ideas into movements, companies into legacies. But my greatest passion is helping people remember who they truly are. Through breathwork, integration, and creative facilitation, I support those ready to step into their most authentic, aligned selves. Transformation isn’t just possible—it’s inevitable when we choose it. And I’m here to walk that path with you.
